- Peel and Dice Potatoes into Bite Sized Pieces, Place in an 8×10 shallow baking dish
- Melt 1/2 cup Butter pour evenly over diced potatoes, stir to thoroughly coat.
- Sprinkle on the Onion Powder and All-Purpose Seasoning. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for approximately 1/2 hour or until golden brown and tender. Turn over/Stir 1/2 way through cooking time.
