Easy Madras Curry

This spice-forward, tangy sauce features earthy pepper, savory tomato, aromatic onion and fruity, tropical notes, with sizzling heat from cayenne. Prominent bits of red and green bell pepper, cilantro and coconut flakes lend texture and elevated flavor to this luscious orange-brown sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 pouch Simply Organic Madras Curry Simmer Sauce

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, stir together water and simmer Sauce.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a heavy skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, sauté until Cooked through. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  4. Gently stir in sauce; Cook until sauce begins to simmer, then remove from heat. Serve with basmati rice or naan.
