
Florida Citrus Shrimp Saute
Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp
- ¼ cup white wine optional
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 tsp Florida Citrus Sea Salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tbs. garlic minced
- 2 Tbs. fresh parsley roughly chopped
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- Optional: Thin sliced Lemon
Instructions
- Preheat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add butter and oil and allow to melt. Now add shrimp, Florida Citrus Sea salt blend, and garlic; stir to coat shrimp.
- Carefully add white wine and stock. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Finish with lemon slices (if desired) and fresh chopped parsley, serve with crusty bread for dipping.
