
General Tso’s Chicken

Method
- In a wide skillet or Wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes, until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add bell pepper to pan and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes, then return chicken to skillet.
- Add sauce and cook, Stirring, 1 to 2 more minutes, until thickened slightly. Remove from heat.
- Serve with a side of steamed rice and sesame seed garnish.
