
New Orleans Chicken Drumsticks
Equipment
- 1 Rada Stubby Butcher Knife
Ingredients
- 2 TBS New Orleans Rub
- 1/2 cup Cooking Wine
- 1/2 cup Water
- 6-12 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 tsp Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
Instructions
- Score Chicken Drumsticks with Rada Stubby Butcher Knife making 3 or 4 slits in each drumstick. Place them into a Large Bowl
- Add New Orleans Rub to bowl
- Add Cooking Wine
- Add Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
- Add Water and Mix Well, scooping marinade over chicken pieces.
- Cover with Plastic wrap or foil and place in refrigerator. Let set for 1 1/2 – 24 hours.
- After marinating is completed, remove from refrigerator, place in a shallow baking dish and cook in 425 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until done. Temperature must reach 165 degrees as measured with a meat thermometer in center of meat.
- OR you can place on your favorite outdoor cooking grill and heat to temperature.
- Remove from Oven or Grill and Enjoy!
