Oat Cakes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 TBS melted butter
Instructions
- Blend dry ingredients, then add wet ones and stir. Grease skillet or griddle, heated to about 400 degrees and cook cakes as you would pancakes, flipping once. Serve with more syrup, or with hot fruit or cottage cheese.
