Tennessee Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cornmeal
- 2 Cups White All-Purpose Flour
- 1 TBS sugar (more or less)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 TBS butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 pint milk
Instructions
- Sift together Cornmeal, flour, Sugar, Salt, and Baking Powder,
- Add Butter, beaten eggs and milk.
- Mix till consistency of cupcake batter.
- Fill muffin tins, greased well, 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees.
