Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken diced to 3/4-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 24 ounces salsa
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Method
 

  1. Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, oil and pepper flakes. Stir until heated. Add spices. Stir for about 30 seconds. Add honey, stir for about 30 seconds. Add salsa, stir to combine. Add raisins, stir to combine.
  2. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 to 15 minutes.
  3. For a hearty appetizer, serve with baked pita bread.
