Easy from Scratch Cupcakes

No preservatives in this recipe! These easy cupcakes are made from scratch with wholesome, clean, organic ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp. baking powder heaping
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla or Lemon Flavoring

Method
 

  1. Cream together Butter and Sugar
  2. add unbeaten eggs, milk, and flour sifted with baking powder.
  3. Add flavoring of your choice (Vanilla or Lemon Extract)
  4. Fill 3/4 full paper lined cupcake pan
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until done. (Approx. 12-15 minutes)
