Old fashioned Easy Green Tomato Jelly

This recipe was found in my Grandmother's belongings. It was a newspaper clipping from years ago. I call this a "cheat" way of making jelly.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups finely chopped green tomatoes. I use blender.
  • 1 3 oz. box any flavor Jello

Method
 

  1. Bring sugar and tomatoes to boil. Remove from heat, add Jello. Str well and pour into containers. Refrigerate or freeze. Can double.
