Method
- In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Pour the marinade over the steaks (in a shallow dish or gallon-size bag).
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, up to 12 hours (in the refrigerator).
- Heat the grill for 10 minutes before cooking. Add the steaks and cook on each side for 7 to 8 minutes.
- For the best taste and texture allow the steaks to sit at room temperature for at least an hour before grilling.
- For even more taste and texture, marinate longer than 12 hours in the refrigerator.
